The 2025 Mother Block White Magnum (1500ml) is a fresh Murray Darling blend from the Chalmers family, based on Vermentino and Fiano with touches of Falanghina, Pecorino, Moscato Giallo and Ansonica. It shows passionfruit, pineapple and lemon with fresh herbal notes, reflecting the red sand and limestone soils of the Merbein vineyard.
On the palate, it is crisp and refreshing with green pear, Granny Smith apple and citrus, complemented by subtle cucumber, white pepper and chalky mineral notes. The varieties are co-fermented with wild yeast before six months on fine lees in stainless steel, adding gentle texture while retaining freshness.
