The 2025 Monte Tondo Soave Classico is a vibrant expression of 100% Garganega grown on the volcanic hills of Soave in Veneto. Fermented and matured in stainless steel to preserve its purity, it offers fresh aromas of lime, green apple and exotic fruit, accompanied by wild fennel, delicate flowers, fresh almond, hazelnut and a subtle touch of Sichuan pepper.
On the palate, it is lively, dry and wonderfully refreshing, with juicy citrus and orchard fruit supported by crisp acidity and distinctive saline minerality. Medium-light in body yet full of flavour, the wine finishes clean and persistent, with lingering notes of lime, herbs, almond and wet stone.
