A vibrant, lo-fi chilled red from Jo Perry’s Dormilona label, blending Tempranillo, Shiraz and Cabernet from organically farmed Yungarra Vineyard fruit. Made with short cold maceration and minimal intervention, the wine is designed for freshness, energy and easy drinking. The nose shows red cherry, currant and raspberry alongside dried herbs, spice and subtle floral lift. There’s a bright crunchy freshness with a lightly savoury edge that keeps the wine lively and inviting.
On the palate, it is light to medium-bodied with juicy red fruit, soft tannins and refreshing acidity. Fresh, gluggable and highly drinkable, with a slightly salty, savoury finish that makes it perfect lightly chilled.
