At Wine More Cellars, this is an excellent choice for Margaret River Cabernet drinkers who enjoy a polished Bordeaux-style blend with fresh fruit, fine tannins and savoury complexity. It is approachable now but has enough structure and balance to develop further bottle complexity. Best enjoyed over the next 8–12 years. Pair with roast lamb with rosemary, chargrilled beef fillet, slow-braised beef cheeks, venison with pepper jus, or roasted eggplant terrine with herbs and aged cheese.
