The 2024 Théo Dancer Vin de France Jurassique Savagnin Magnum (1500ml) is a precise, mineral-driven white sourced from Rotalier in France’s Jura region. Made from 100% Savagnin grown on chalky clay over limestone, it is vinified in an ouillé, or topped-up, style to preserve freshness rather than develop the oxidative character associated with some traditional Jura wines. Aromas of lemon zest, green apple and pear are joined by white flowers and wet-stone minerality.
