The nose reveals ripe pear, white peach and apricot alongside white flowers, citrus zest and subtle hints of honey and toasted almond. The palate is generous and beautifully layered, with ripe orchard fruit, a creamy texture and vibrant acidity supported by a fine limestone-driven mineral backbone.
