The nose shows raspberry, dark plum and red berries, layered with cracked pepper, dried herbs and subtle earthy spice.
On the palate, it is medium-bodied with bright acidity and soft, finely textured tannins. Juicy red and dark fruit is balanced by peppery spice and savoury Mataro character, creating a wine with good depth without becoming heavy. The finish is dry, fresh and gently spicy.
