The palate is vibrant and energetic, driven by fresh acidity yet showing more texture and flesh than traditional Aligoté. Flavours of lemon peel, tangerine, green apple and baked apple unfold across a finely textured mid-palate, while notes of orange pith and saline minerality add complexity. The finish is long, crisp and mouthwatering, balancing ripeness with precision and freshness.
