The 2023 Domaine Jean Dauvissat Père & Fils Premier Cru Côte de Léchet is a classic Chablis Premier Cru that highlights the precision, salinity and mineral tension for which the Côte de Léchet vineyard is highly regarded. Sourced from steep southeast-facing slopes overlooking the village of Milly, the vineyard’s shallow, stony limestone soils produce naturally low yields and intensely mineral Chardonnay.
