The 2023 Delas Côte-Rôtie Seigneur de Maugiron Rouge is a refined Northern Rhône Syrah showing blackberry, black cherry and plum with violet, cracked pepper, smoked herbs and subtle earthy spice.
On the palate, it is full-bodied yet finely structured, with vibrant acidity, polished tannins and layers of dark fruit, pepper and savoury mineral character. The finish is long, dry and persistent, with excellent potential for further bottle development.

At Wine More Cellars, this is an excellent choice for Syrah drinkers seeking a structured Côte-Rôtie with aromatic detail and depth. Best enjoyed from 2028–2040. Pair with roast venison, rosemary lamb shoulder, beef fillet with mushroom jus or truffle and porcini risotto.
