The 2023 Albert Mann Cuvée Albert Pinot Gris is a biodynamically farmed Alsace white made from 100% Pinot Gris. The nose shows ripe orchard and tropical fruit with honey, chamomile and gentle spice.
On the palate, it is rich and rounded with generous fruit, balanced acidity and a mineral, lightly saline character. A touch of residual sweetness adds depth while maintaining freshness and harmony.
