The 2022 Domaine Weinbach Alsace Cuvée Colette Riesling is a beautifully expressive dry Riesling from Alsace, France, sourced from 50 to 60-year-old vines in the Bonnes Terres vineyard at the foot of the renowned Grand Cru Schlossberg. Farmed biodynamically and matured for 11 months in old oak casks before bottling unfiltered, it offers lifted aromas of white peach, Mirabelle plum, citrus zest and white flowers, complemented by a striking mineral freshness.
On the palate, it is medium to full-bodied with vibrant acidity and a beautifully textured mouthfeel.
