The 2022 Bindi Dhillon Col Mountain Grenache is a vibrant and distinctive Grenache from the Col Mountain vineyard in Heathcote, Victoria. The site’s deep red, exceptionally rocky soils and moderately warm climate give Michael Dhillon the opportunity to produce Grenache in a refined, medium-bodied style rather than a traditionally rich or heavy expression. The 2022 opens with beautifully fragrant aromas of raspberry and red cherry, layered with rose petals, pomegranate, rhubarb and subtle spice.
