At Wine More Cellars, this is an excellent choice for Gamay drinkers who enjoy structured Beaujolais with depth, freshness and good cellaring potential. The 2021 vintage is approachable now but will reward several more years in bottle as the tannins soften and savoury complexity develops. Best enjoyed over the next 5–8 years. Serve slightly chilled with roast duck, braised pork shoulder, herb-crusted lamb, wild mushroom and thyme risotto, or charcuterie with aged French cheeses.
