Produced entirely from Pinot Meunier grown in the Les Beaudiers vineyard in Chavot, the wine is made using the saignée method, giving greater depth, texture and structure than many lighter rosé styles. The nose reveals wild strawberry, red cherry and blood orange layered alongside rose petal, dried herbs and subtle smoky spice, giving the wine remarkable complexity and character.
On the palate, it is light to medium-bodied with fine mousse, vibrant natural acidity and a savoury mineral core.
