The 2016 O'Leary Walker Polish Hill River Riesling Museum Release is a beautifully matured Clare Valley Riesling. The nose shows lemon curd, citrus peel and honey blossom with toast and subtle musk from bottle age.
On the palate, it is intense and precise with tangerine and citrus, fine acidity and a persistent chalky, slate-like mineral finish. The producer notes it is drinking beautifully now with another 10–15 years of ageing potential.
