2024 Gómez Cruzado Blanco is a vibrant white wine from Rioja DOCa in northern Spain, produced by the historic Gómez Cruzado winery in Haro’s Barrio de la Estación, one of Rioja’s most famous winemaking districts. The wine is a modern expression of Rioja Blanco, blending traditional varieties including Viura, Tempranillo Blanco, Garnacha Blanca and Malvasía.
The 2024 vintage opens with aromas of pear, ripe peach and citrus, layered with notes of bay leaf, fennel and delicate floral nuances. On the palate, the wine is fresh yet textured, with bright orchard fruit, crisp acidity and a subtle creamy mouthfeel from ageing on its lees. Gentle hints of vanilla and mineral complexity carry through a long, balanced finish.
