2018 Fraser Gallop Estate Palladian Cabernet Sauvignon

Very pretty aromatic wine with dark cherry and florals on the nose, violet and thyme. Soft, plush and long with boysenberry and blackberry and an extraordinarily long finish. Incredibly moreish with a finish that goes on for minutes. Medium to full bodied. Extraodinary seamless balance given it is 100% Cabernet Sauvignon.
