The domaine farms approximately 25–27 hectares of vineyards across prestigious appellations including Santenay, Pernand-Vergelesses, Bourgogne Hautes-Côtes de Beaune, and Morgon in Beaujolais. Certified by both Ecocert and Demeter, the estate follows biodynamic farming principles designed to preserve biodiversity, soil health, and the authentic expression of terroir.

Domaine Ludovic Pierrot is particularly known for its Santenay Premier Cru wines, including renowned climats such as Les Gravières, Clos de la Comme, and Clos de Tavannes, as well as Pernand-Vergelesses and old-vine Santenay cuvées. The Pinot Noir wines typically display red cherry, raspberry, violet, spice, and earthy mineral notes with refined tannins and freshness. Chardonnay wines offer citrus, white flowers, stone fruit, and pronounced mineral character with precision and balance.
