2022 Jim Barry Watervale Riesling Cellar Release

Aromas of lemon, grapefruit juice, brown lime and white flowers combine with a lick of mineral and wet slate on the nose. The palate is refreshing, with flavours of grapefruit and citrus rind with a white floral lift. The fruit weight shows the Hallmarks of Watervale Riesling with zesty acidity, that gives line but still allows a sense of generosity.
