Nick Spencer Gundagai Light Dry Red 2023 is a delicate and easy-drinking red, offering aromas of bright red berries, cherry, and subtle spice. The palate is light-bodied with soft tannins, gentle acidity, and fresh red fruit flavors, finishing clean and smooth—perfect for casual sipping or pairing with light dishes.
Each variety was picked and fermented seperately. 100% de-stemmed with and fermented on skins for 14 days. Pressed to old Puncheons and Amphoras. Matured for 12 months and bottled.
