Located between 750 and 1,050 metres above sea level, the Ross Hill vineyards are among the highest in Australia. Ross Hill is particularly renowned for Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Shiraz, Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc, and Cabernet Sauvignon. The Chardonnay displays notes of citrus, white peach, nectarine, and subtle flinty minerality, while the Pinot Noir offers aromas of cherry, raspberry, spice, and earthy complexity. The cool-climate Shiraz combines blackberry, plum, cracked pepper, and violet with fine tannins and elegant structure, reflecting the distinctive character of the Orange region.
