Graci Etna Rosato DOC 2024 is a benchmark rose from the volcanic slopes of Mount Etna, crafted from 100% Nerello Mascalese. Pale salmon in colour, it opens with delicate aromas of red currant, citrus peel and orange blossom, layered with subtle herbal and mineral nuances.
On the palate, it is precise and finely structured, showing vibrant acidity with flavours of pink grapefruit, pomegranate and wild berries. The volcanic soils of Etna bring a distinctive saline-mineral edge, giving the wine both tension and elegance. The finish is dry, clean and beautifully persistent, making it far more serious than typical rose styles.
