The fruit is sourced from the Syme on Yarra vineyard in Seville, planted on red volcanic soils that help produce perfumed and structured Pinot Noir.
The wine shows bright aromas of red cherry, raspberry and blood orange, layered with subtle spice, dried herbs and earthy undertones. On the palate it is refined and energetic, offering silky red fruit, fine tannins and lively acidity, with savoury complexity from whole-bunch fermentation. The finish is long and elegant, combining freshness with gentle structure.
