On the palate, it is medium-bodied with fine, slightly grippy tannins and bright acidity that gives the wine energy and tension. It’s highly drinkable now but still has the backbone to evolve. Enjoy now or cellar through 2032+ for added savoury complexity. Perfect with roast pork, duck, charcuterie or herb-driven dishes.
