The 2025 Indigo Beechworth Shiraz Pinot Noir is a distinctive cool-climate Victorian blend combining the dark-fruited structure of Shiraz with the aromatic lift of Pinot Noir. The nose shows blackberry, red cherry and raspberry with violet, cracked pepper and subtle earthy spice.
On the palate, it is medium-bodied and vibrant, with bright acidity, fine tannins and layers of red and dark fruit, savoury herbs and gentle spice. The finish is dry, fresh and balanced.
