Miss Zilm Wines is a boutique Clare Valley winery founded by acclaimed Australian winemaker Keeda Zilm. Established in 2019 after more than 15 years of winemaking in the Clare Valley, the label is dedicated to expressing the purity and individuality of the region through small-batch wines sourced from exceptional single vineyards.

Keeda Zilm has built an outstanding reputation through her work at leading Clare Valley wineries, including O'Leary Walker Wines and Vickery Wines. Drawing on decades of experience with one of Australia's premier Riesling regions, she created Miss Zilm as a personal project centred on the philosophy of "Purity & Place"—allowing each vineyard and variety to speak for itself with minimal intervention.

The wines are sourced from carefully selected, pedigree vineyards across Clare Valley subregions including Watervale, Sevenhill, Skilly Hills, and Auburn. The region's elevated vineyards, limestone-rich soils, and cool nights create ideal conditions for producing wines with vibrant acidity, aromatic intensity, and remarkable longevity.

Miss Zilm is best known for its Riesling, widely regarded as the flagship of the range. The winery also produces expressive Pinot Gris, Fiano, and Shiraz. The Rieslings display aromas of lime, lemon blossom, green apple, jasmine, and chalky minerality, while the Fiano offers citrus, pear, herbs, and textured freshness. The Shiraz reflects the cooler side of Clare Valley with blackberry, plum, pepper, and fine spice balanced by elegant tannins.
