Famille Perrin is one of the most respected and influential family-owned wine producers in France’s Southern Rhône Valley, with a winemaking tradition that stretches back more than a century. The story of the Perrin family began in 1909 when Château de Beaucastel in Châteauneuf-du-Pape was acquired by Pierre Tramier and later developed by his son-in-law Pierre Perrin; today the business is run by the fifth generation, making wines that reflect a deep respect for terroir and tradition.
The Perrins are pioneers of organic viticulture in the region, having farmed organically since the 1950s and introduced biodynamic practices in the 1970s — long before these approaches became widespread.
