The 2023 Raoul Gautherin Chablis Grand Cru Vaudésir Magnum (1500ml) is a refined Chardonnay from one of Chablis’s most recognised Grand Cru climats. The nose shows lemon, white peach and pear with white flowers, chalky minerality and subtle saline notes.
On the palate, it is concentrated yet precise, with vibrant acidity, a fine textured structure and layers of citrus and orchard fruit. Stony minerality carries through to a long, dry and persistent finish.

At Wine More Cellars, this magnum is an excellent choice for Chardonnay collectors seeking a structured Grand Cru Chablis with excellent cellaring potential. Best enjoyed from 2028–2042. Serve chilled with rock lobster, seared scallops, roast turbot or chicken with morel mushrooms.
