2023 Domaine Collotte Gevrey Chambertin Les Evocelles

A blend of three parcels so no name. Deeper, darker fruit – good depth a little less width. Silky wine, almost a mm of cushion. Intense, dark, juicy finishing in more velvet style but with hardly any dryness.
