The 2024 Albert Mann Pinot Noir Les Saintes Claires is a biodynamically farmed Alsace Pinot Noir grown on limestone soils near Sigolsheim. The nose shows ripe cherry, raspberry and redcurrant with floral, fine spice and subtle smoky notes.
On the palate, it is elegant and precise with vibrant acidity, fine silky tannins and a persistent mineral finish. Gentle extraction and ageing in Burgundy barrels preserve the purity and finesse of the fruit.
Ben’s Recommendation:
At Wine More Cellars, this is a great choice for Pinot Noir drinkers who enjoy refined red fruit, silky tannins and mineral freshness. Enjoy from around 2027 or cellar into the late 2030s. Ideal with roast duck, veal, mushroom risotto or grilled beef.
