Single-vineyard pinot noir from the Coal River Valley 'Killara Farm' vineyard of Gillian Christian and Todd Goebel. Such a pretty-smelling wine. Ripe macerated plum and cherry fruits, flecked with high tones of jasmine and citrus blossom along with hints of exotic spice, amaro, a whiff of watermelon and earthen nuance. Pure and expressive with a distinctly composed air to its travel across the palate, finishing savoury, stony and wonderfully balanced. - 95 points, Dave Brookes
