The Lethbridge Elixir NV (375ml) is Lethbridge’s unique take on ice wine, crafted from aromatic cool-climate Victorian varieties including Riesling, Gewürztraminer and Pinot Gris. The juice is frozen after pressing, concentrating the sugars and flavours as the water is removed before a slow natural fermentation in barrel. This labour-intensive process creates an intensely flavoured dessert wine while retaining remarkable freshness and balance.
The nose is highly expressive, offering aromas of marmalade, candied citrus, apricot, honey and exotic spice. Lusciously sweet on the palate, it is balanced by vibrant acidity that keeps the wine fresh and lively rather than heavy. Rich citrus preserve, stone fruit and floral notes carry through a long, clean finish. With around 150g/L of residual sugar, it delivers impressive concentration while maintaining elegance and drinkability.

A beautifully crafted dessert wine that offers outstanding value for lovers of sweeter styles. Rich, complex and wonderfully balanced, it pairs perfectly with blue cheese, fruit tarts, crème brûlée, poached pears or simply enjoyed on its own after dinner. Drinking beautifully now and will continue to reward cellaring for at least 5–10 years.
