The 2023 Lethbridge Dr Nadeson Riesling is a benchmark cool-climate expression from the Henty region, crafted as a personal statement wine by winemaker Ray Nadeson. Sourced from the renowned Drumborg (Doeven) vineyard - one of Victoria’s coldest Riesling sites - it combines aromatic purity, textural depth and vibrant acidity in a style inspired by great Mosel wines. The nose is lifted and intensely aromatic, showing lime zest, lemon and green apple layered with citrus blossom and subtle floral notes. There are hints of melon, passion fruit and a fine mineral edge, giving the wine both brightness and complexity.
On the palate, it is light to medium-bodied with vibrant, mouth-watering acidity balanced by a slight off-dry touch.
