LES PARCELLAIRES DE SAULX

Les Parcellaires de Saulx is a relatively recent but highly ambitious project in Burgundy that focuses on producing ultra-premium, terroir-driven wines. The name refers to “parcellaires,” or individual vineyard parcels, highlighting the domaine’s philosophy of showcasing the distinct identity of small, carefully selected plots across Burgundy’s most prestigious appellations.

Founded by the owners of Domaine Belleville and Maison Champy, Les Parcellaires de Saulx operates as a micro-négociant, meaning it does not own vineyards but works closely with select growers who practice sustainable and often organic viticulture. The fruit is harvested by hand and vinified with extreme precision in a gravity-fed winery in Meursault.

The portfolio is boutique and meticulously curated, typically featuring iconic names such as Meursault Charmes, Corton-Charlemagne, Chambolle-Musigny, Clos de Vougeot, and other Grand and Premier Cru terroirs. The wines are known for their clarity, purity of fruit, and an elegant, refined structure that reflects both the specificity of place and the minimal intervention winemaking approach.
