The winery works with renowned winemaker Ted Lemon of California’s Littorai Wines, who brings extensive expertise in crafting site-specific wines. Burn Cottage’s minimalist approach in the cellar, with natural fermentation and careful oak aging, ensures that the wines remain true to their origins.
