Crafted from Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon grown on Blind Corner’s Quindalup vineyard, the wine is made with wild fermentation, minimal intervention and no fining or acid adjustments. A small portion sees barrel maturation, adding texture while preserving freshness and energy.
The nose shows lime, grapefruit and fresh tropical fruit with subtle herbal notes. On the palate, it is crisp, lightly textured and incredibly refreshing, with bright citrus flavours, lively acidity and a faint natural spritz that adds extra vibrancy.
