2017 David Duband Vosne-Romanee
In the winery, the David Duband Vosne-Romanée grape is classified and vinified with 80% of whole grapes for 17 days, with between 5 and 7 treads and pump overs. After pressing, the wines are decanted over 2 weeks and put in barrels. 40% goes into new barrels and 60% into barrels that are 1, 2 or 3 years old. After 14 months of aging, the wine rests for 3 months in vats. It is then bottled without filtering. David Duband Vosne-Romanée is a rich, fine and delicate red wine that reflects the great qualities of a world-renowned terroir.
