The 2025 Xavier Goodridge Pa Pa Pinot Noir is a bright, fragrant Pinot Noir sourced from Mount Gambier and Heywood in south-western Australia. Translucent ruby in colour, it opens with cherry blossom, rose petal and hibiscus alongside cranberry, tart cherry and subtle kirsch. Hazelnut skin and forest-floor notes bring a gentle savoury complexity to the aromatic fruit.
On the palate, it is light-bodied and energetic with lifted acidity, juicy red fruit and a soft, savoury finish. The fruit was 100% destemmed and fermented in stainless steel for two to three weeks before maturation in a combination of stainless steel and older barrels, keeping oak influence restrained and the fresh Pinot Noir character at the forefront.

At Wine More Cellars, this is an excellent choice for Pinot Noir drinkers who enjoy lighter reds with fragrant fruit, fresh acidity and gentle savoury complexity. Best enjoyed young and can be served lightly chilled. Ideal with roast chicken, grilled salmon, duck, charcuterie, mushroom dishes, pork or pizza.
