The 2025 Stonier KBS Chardonnay is a single-vineyard cool-climate white from Victoria’s Mornington Peninsula, sourced from the KBS Vineyard planted in 1988 on a steep, east-facing red volcanic slope. The nose shows white peach, citrus and nectarine with subtle floral, saline and savoury notes.
On the palate, it is medium-bodied with concentrated stone fruit, bright acidity and a finely textured feel. Citrus and peach are balanced by mineral and savoury characters with restrained oak influence, giving the wine depth while maintaining freshness through a long, focused finish.
