The 2025 Frankland Estate Riesling is a certified organic Riesling from Frankland River in Western Australia, combining original estate vines planted in 1988 with younger parcels planted in 2006 on ironstone-rich soils. The nose is vibrant and aromatic, showing lemon, lime and feijoa alongside delicate florals, green apple, chalk and distinctive mineral notes.
On the palate, it is dry, precise and textural with lively citrus, lime zest and subtle green tea characters supported by a pure line of refreshing acidity. The fruit was pressed immediately after harvest and fermented at low temperatures in small stainless-steel tanks before spending at least eight months on fermentation lees, adding texture and depth while preserving freshness.

At Wine More Cellars, this is an excellent choice for Riesling drinkers who enjoy dry, mineral-driven whites with vibrant citrus, fine acidity and impressive length. Delicious now, it also has the structure to develop further with careful cellaring. Ideal with fresh oysters, grilled fish, prawns, pork, Thai salads or lightly spiced Asian dishes.
