The 2025 Cœur Clémentine Côtes de Provence Rosé is an elegant, dry Provençal Rosé from vineyards around Puget-Ville in the heart of the Côtes de Provence. A blend of Grenache, Cinsault, Tibouren and a touch of Syrah, it offers bright citrus, mandarin and melon alongside delicate floral and Provençal herb notes.
On the palate, it is crisp and finely textured, with fresh red berry and citrus flavours, lively acidity and subtle white pepper. The grapes come from organically managed chalky-clay parcels and are direct pressed, with maturation in concrete and stainless steel helping preserve its freshness and mineral, completely dry finish.
