Meaning "Motherland" in Portuguese, Terra Mãe is a tribute to the Killeen family's deep connection to their estate and their passion for Iberian winemaking. While the final 2024 blend has not yet been formally published, previous vintages have featured estate-grown Tinta Roriz, Tinta Cão, Tinta Barroca and other traditional Portuguese varieties, matured in large-format French oak to preserve freshness and purity. Expect expressive aromas of wild berries, ripe plum and red cherry, layered with dried herbs, floral notes and subtle spice in the elegant house style.
On the palate, it is medium-bodied with soft, velvety tannins, bright natural acidity and a juicy core of red and dark berry fruit.
