The nose shows red cherry, cranberry and raspberry alongside dried herbs, warm spice and subtle earthy notes. There’s a lightly ferrous, savoury edge that gives the wine plenty of character and lift.
On the palate, it is medium-bodied, juicy and energetic with bright acidity, fine tannins and crunchy red fruits carrying through the finish. Fresh, vibrant and savoury, with that classic Sangiovese tang making it incredibly food friendly.
