The nose is highly aromatic, revealing wild blackberry, dark cherry and plum alongside notes of dried thyme, lavender, black olive and exotic spice. Medium-bodied and finely structured, the palate balances juicy dark fruit with savoury earthiness, fine tannins and vibrant acidity. Hints of liquorice, rosemary and crushed stone emerge through a long, spicy finish. Rather than emphasising weight and power, the wine focuses on freshness, texture and drinkability, highlighting Mourvèdre’s more refined and expressive side.
