At Wine More Cellars, this is an excellent choice for Pinot Noir drinkers who enjoy elegant New Zealand reds with freshness, fine texture and savoury complexity. It is approachable now but will gain further nuance with bottle age. Best enjoyed over the next 5–8 years. Pair with roast duck and cherry jus, herb-crusted lamb loin, pork tenderloin with fennel and apple, wild mushroom risotto, or grilled salmon with beetroot and fresh herbs.
