2024 Bindi Dhillon Glenhope Macedon Ranges Chardonnay

A new project for the Dhillon clan made in the signature Bindi-style, wild-fermented in a third new oak and aged for ten months on lees. The result is a bright expression of Chardonnay that brings together citrus, florals, and stone fruit with meal and a subtle creaminess.
