The 2023 Stefano Lubiana Sasso Pinot Noir is a flagship Tasmanian Pinot Noir sourced from three exceptional vineyard blocks—Il Giardino, La Roccia and Ruscello—on Stefano Lubiana’s certified biodynamic estate in the Derwent Valley. Produced only in outstanding vintages, Sasso represents the estate’s most detailed and age-worthy expression of Pinot Noir. The nose is intensely perfumed, revealing aromas of dark cherry, wild raspberry and blackberry alongside notes of rose petal, orange peel, dried herbs and exotic spice.
