The 2023 Maxwell Lime Cave Cabernet Sauvignon is a structured McLaren Vale red showing blackcurrant, blackberry and dark cherry with cedar, violet, dried herbs and subtle spice.
On the palate, it is full-bodied and finely structured, with balanced acidity, firm tannins and layers of dark fruit, savoury herbs and gentle oak. The finish is dry, persistent and well balanced.
