The 2023 Joh. Jos. Prüm Graacher Himmelreich Riesling Spätlese Magnum (1500ml) is a beautifully expressive Mosel Riesling from the renowned Graacher Himmelreich vineyard. The 2023 shows white peach, Mirabelle plum, lemon and blackcurrant, with white flowers, mint and smoky slate adding complexity. Despite its concentration, it remains remarkably delicate and fresh.
On the palate, gentle Spätlese sweetness is balanced by vibrant acidity and pronounced slate-driven minerality, creating a precise, lively and persistent finish. At 8% alcohol, the wine retains classic Mosel lightness. It received 96 points from James Suckling and 95 points from both Vinous and Wine Advocate.

At Wine More Cellars, this impressive 1.5L magnum is an excellent collector’s format, with slower development in bottle making it particularly suited to long-term cellaring. Enjoy from 2030 through 2070, or earlier for its youthful freshness. Ideal with spicy Asian dishes, pork belly, sashimi, grilled prawns, roast chicken or salty cheeses.
